10 months old

I can't believe Ryan is 2months away from being one!! He is growing up so fast but also a baby at the same time! This month he had his first Christmas and got to see all his family! Ryan FINALLY got his first tooth! We have been blaming random fussiness on teething for 6 months now so I'm glad to see it finally came! We broke down an removed his barrier to the kitchen. We re-baby proofed all the cabinets (an easy job since we left mostly everything from Courtney and all our holes were still there.) Ryan has his one drawer but also knows that if he crawls under his high chair he might find some leftover bits of food he threw down there during dinner. He started standing on his own and still was cruising a ton but no "first steps". He is still a super happy and smily baby!

I'm not sure what this pose is but I ended up with several pictures of this.

Courtney's first game of Bowling!

My nephew Jared was in town this weekend and my sister wanted us all to go bowling. Courtney loved it and did a great job being patient for her turn and not having a meltdown every time their was a gutterball! She got to use a little ramp and she was able to get a strike and a spare with it!!

Christmas Morning at Home

Our first Christmas at home and Ryan's first Christmas! Santa left bags of presents for both Courtney and Ryan this year! Of course Courtney was a little more excited than Ryan, but he'll have his year soon! Courtney got a lot of arts and craft kits, science kits, Brave, The Lorax (which she has watched every day this week) and some LaLaLoopsy dolls with the Treehouse.

Courtney and her Santa Bag.
Ryan and his Santa bag (the best shot I could get).

Playing with the Bat Cave!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas with the Whitmer's

We went to Stewartsville on Christmas Day to celebrate our fourth and final time! It was such a good time especially with everyone loving on my kids!
Lunch!

I know I've posted pictures of Courtney washing dishes at my mom's house, but I guess this time was the first time all the rest of the family had seen her. My mom fashions a trashbag as an apron (it's a pretty amazing design) and the rest of the family just found this hillarious. Regardless, this little girl is the BEST helper and loves to do dishes at my moms!
